  • Delivery time: 6 to 15 working days for all destinations.
  • France & EU: €3.99 (free on orders of €90 or more).
  • United Kingdom: £3.99 (free on orders of £95 or more).
  • United States: $6.99 (free on orders of $110 or more).
  • Canada: CA$6.99 (free on orders of CA$150 or more).
  • Australia: A$6.99 (free on orders of A$150 or more).
  • Dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of payment, with a tracking number sent by email.

Delivery times are approximate (including preparation and transit) and may be longer during busy periods (sales, holidays).

Tracking My Order

The tracking link can be found in your dispatch confirmation email (it may take 24 to 48 hours to become active). You can also find your orders in your customer account. No email received within 48 working hours? Check your spam folder, then write to us.

A Problem?

  • Parcel shown as “delivered” but not received: check your letterbox, your neighbours, your building concierge or the collection point. Still nothing after 48 hours? Contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier, then either resend your order or give you a full refund.
  • Damaged parcel: take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Incorrect address: let us know as soon as possible; we will correct it free of charge as long as the order has not been dispatched. We accept no liability for a parcel lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and resending it may be charged.

Ordering for an Event?

Wedding, birthday, ceremony: allow a few days' margin and let us know the date by email; we will do our best to prioritise your order.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an eligible item. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.
