TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
Last updated: 2 October 2026
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the "T&Cs") govern the contractual relationship between:
On the one hand, RV BUSINESS, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is located at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 130 583 297 (SIRET 130 583 297 00010), which operates the online shop under the trading name "RV Privé" (hereinafter "the Seller").
And on the other hand, any natural person of legal age, not acting in a business capacity, making a purchase on the website rvprive.com (hereinafter "the Customer").
ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE T&Cs
Placing an order on the website rvprive.com implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur.
Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email and refunded within 14 days.
3.1 Origin of the products
The products offered for sale on rvprive.com come from partner suppliers located in China, who manufacture and ship them. The Customer is informed of this before confirming their order, in these T&Cs, which are accessible on the website and from the checkout page.
This logistical arrangement has no effect on the Customer's rights: the Seller remains their sole point of contact and remains solely responsible for the conformity of the products, their delivery, the handling of returns and the application of the legal guarantees referred to in Article 9.
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery charges are specified at the time of ordering, before payment is confirmed. No additional charges (customs duties, import taxes) are claimed from the Customer on receipt of their parcel.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 5: ORDERS
To place an order, the Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the basket, accepts the T&Cs, provides their delivery details and proceeds to payment.
The order is confirmed by a summary email sent to the address provided by the Customer. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order by the Seller.
As long as the order has not been dispatched, the Customer may request that it be modified (size, colour, delivery address) or cancelled free of charge by emailing contact@rvprive.com. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified; the Customer may then exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in Article 8.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds (abnormal order, non-payment, previous dispute, etc.).
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), via Shop Pay, Apple Pay or any other method offered on the website.
Transactions are secured by SSL protocols. The Seller does not store any banking data.
The Customer's account is debited when the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from China by the Seller's partner suppliers referred to in Article 3.1, to the address given by the Customer when ordering, in France and the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia. Delivery is offered as a Standard service (estimated delivery time of 6 to 15 working days for all destinations served). Delivery costs and free-delivery thresholds for each country are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. The order is handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 working hours of payment being confirmed.
Delivery times run from the confirmation of the order and are given for guidance only. They take international shipping into account. In the event of late delivery, the Customer may give the Seller formal notice by email to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period; if delivery is not made within this new period, the Customer may terminate the order in accordance with Articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and will be refunded in full for all sums paid.
If the Customer is not present at the time of delivery, it is their responsibility to collect their parcel in accordance with the carrier's procedures.
Detailed arrangements (tracking, damaged or undelivered parcels, incorrect address) are set out in the Delivery Policy available on the website.
ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
8.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products in which to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision by emailing contact@rvprive.com, stating their name, address and the order number concerned.
8.2 Return conditions
Products must be returned within a maximum of 14 days from notification of withdrawal, in their original condition, namely:
- Not worn beyond a simple try-on;
- Not washed, ironed or cleaned;
- Not perfumed or impregnated with odours (perfume, tobacco, perspiration, etc.);
- Not stained, holed, torn or damaged;
- Original labels and tags attached and intact;
- Accompanied by their original packaging and accessories.
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is permitted to handle the products as they would in a shop, in order to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning (in particular a quick try-on). Any handling beyond this use renders the Customer liable.
Return address: as the products come from suppliers located in China (Article 3.1), returns must be sent back to our supplier's address in China, which will be provided to the Customer by customer service when the return is requested. No parcel sent to any other address, in particular to the Seller's registered office, can be processed or refunded. It is recommended that a tracked shipping service be used, as the parcel remains the Customer's responsibility until it is received by the supplier.
Return costs, including international shipping costs, are borne by the Customer. They are covered by the Seller where the return results from an error on the Seller's part (defective product or product not in conformity with the order), under the conditions specified in the Returns Policy available on the website.
8.3 Non-compliant returns
Any product returned in a condition that does not comply with the above conditions will be considered to have lost value. In this case, the Seller reserves the right, after notifying the Customer by email with photographs showing the condition of the product:
- Either to refuse the refund and return the product to the Customer, at the Customer's expense. The product will be sent back to the original delivery address within 15 days. If the Customer does not respond regarding the arrangements for sending it back within this period, the product will be kept by the Seller without entitlement to any subsequent refund;
- Or to apply a reduction proportionate to the loss of value observed (which may be up to 100% of the product price where the damage makes the product unfit for resale) and to make a partial refund accordingly.
The following cases in particular give grounds for refusing a full refund:
- Product showing obvious signs of prolonged wear (perspiration, perfume, stains, pilling, deformation);
- Product that has been washed, ironed or cleaned;
- Labels cut off, torn off or missing;
- Product showing deliberate damage or damage resulting from use not in accordance with its intended purpose;
- Product returned after the applicable deadline.
8.4 Refunds
For any compliant return, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and inspection of the returned products, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
8.5 Extended commercial returns policy
Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, the Seller offers the Customer a commercial return period of 30 days from receipt of the products, under the conditions detailed in the Returns Policy available on the website.
This extended commercial policy does not apply to sale or promotional items: these are neither taken back nor refunded, unless the product is defective or not in conformity with the order, and without prejudice to the legal guarantees referred to in Article 9. It is in addition to the Customer's statutory rights and does not limit them.
Exchanges (size, colour or style) are reserved for non-sale items, subject to stock availability: before dispatch, by simply modifying the order (Article 5), or after receipt, by returning the item under the conditions set out in Article 8.2, with the cost of sending it back remaining payable by the Customer. Sale or promotional items cannot be exchanged; only a defective or non-conforming product may give rise to a replacement shipment.
In the event of a complaint relating to the size of an item (measurements not matching the size guide), the Seller may ask the Customer for their measurements and for a photograph of the item laid flat with a tape measure visible, in order to check conformity with the size guide, under the conditions specified in the Returns Policy.
ARTICLE 9: LEGAL GUARANTEES
All products sold benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code), enabling the Customer to obtain the repair or replacement of a non-conforming product within 2 years of delivery;
- The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), enabling the Customer to return a product affected by a hidden defect that makes it unfit for its intended use.
These guarantees apply to all products, including sale or promotional items, regardless of the geographical origin of the products or the supplier. For any request to apply these guarantees, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller at contact@rvprive.com.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute with RV BUSINESS, the consumer Customer has the right to refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediator:
