Refund policy

At a Glance

  • You have 30 days from receipt to return an item that is not right for you.
  • Sale or discounted items: no returns, refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense. Free returns if the error is ours (faulty item, wrong style or colour, size different from the one ordered).
  • Refund within 14 days at most of receiving your return.

How to Return an Item

1. Write to contact@rvprive.com with your order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you the return address and instructions within 24 to 48 working hours.

3. Send your parcel within 14 days, preferably by tracked delivery (it remains your responsibility until we receive it).

Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, with their tags intact and in their original packaging. Personalised items, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Exchanges (full-price items only)

  • Before dispatch: contact us as soon as possible and we will amend your order free of charge (size, colour, style), subject to availability.
  • After receipt: return the item (at your expense) and we will send the new item as soon as we receive your return, subject to availability. If it is no longer available, we will refund you.

Faulty or Incorrect Item, or Sizing Issue

Have you received an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, including a size different from the one ordered? Write to us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

Changing or Cancelling My Order

This is free of charge and possible as long as the order has not been dispatched: write to us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, it is too late: accept the parcel, then make a return if the item is eligible.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days at most of receiving your return, plus 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank. If you return your entire order, standard delivery costs are also refunded. Order cancelled before dispatch: immediate refund on our side.
